In the ventilation project, the air duct should be made of suitable material according to the project requirements. Design and construction personnel need to fully understand the air ducts of different material properties and their use, application occasions, and under what circumstances the air ducts need to be insulated, so as to build a reasonable and durable ventilation pipe network system.

When you hold the phenolic insulation board, you will find it is light and easy to transport. Phenolic insulation board is a closed-cell rigid foam plastic made by scientific formula with phenolic resin and flame retardant, smoke suppressant, curing agent, foaming agent, and other auxiliaries.

1. Comparison of traditional air ducts and phenolic air ducts
The traditional air supply pipes of central air conditioners are usually made of iron sheet or glass fiber reinforced plastics on the inner layer, wrapped with thermal insulation materials, and wrapped with aluminum foil on the outermost side, which makes the air supply pipes heavy and large, time-consuming for construction and installation, poor appearance, low air tightness, and energy-saving.

The water-cooled chiller belongs to the refrigeration unit part of the central air-conditioning system. Its carrier refrigerant is water, which is called a chiller, and the cooling of the condenser is realized by using the heat exchange and cooling of normal temperature water.

If we can't escape the heat, the best way is to cool off in the best way possible, isn't it? However, care is needed at these times. Getting sick in the heat is a very bad and unpleasant experience.

1. The side length of the rectangular duct made of phenolic aluminum foil composite duct should be 120≦L≦3000, and the ratio of the long side to the short side should not be greater than 4:1.
When making the air duct, in order to ensure the strength of the air duct after it is made, one side of the adhesive part should be kept with 20mm aluminum foil for edge protection during cutting.

When HVAC ducts are installed in a vented attic in a dry climate, bury the ducts in attic insulation to protect them from temperature extremes in the unconditioned attic space.
