1. Before installation, ensure that the basic engineering has been completed

6. The air duct installation should meet the design requirements

Where the air duct is connected to the fan, fan box, air handler and other equipment, a flexible short pipe with a length of 150-300mm should be installed or according to the design requirements. The flexible short pipe should not be used as a different-diameter connecting pipe for alignment and leveling. The length of the flexible short pipe located in the structural deformation joint should be greater than the width of the deformation joint by more than 100 mm. The installation slope of the air ducts that produce condensed water or moist steam should be in accordance with the design requirements. The bottom of the air duct should not be provided with longitudinal joints, and the joints of the air ducts should be sealed.

7. Connection of air pipe flange

To seal the gasket, thick paper and cardboard, asbestos rope, lead linoleum silk and linoleum paper are not allowed. The joints of the gasket should be reduced as much as possible, and the joints of the gasket should be connected in a trapezoidal or mortise shape, and should be glued firmly. The width of the gasket after the flange is evenly compressed should be level with the inner wall of the air duct. The joints between the air duct and the clean room ceiling, partition wall and other enclosure structures should be tight.

8. The air duct system should have good grounding measures

It must be tight when passing through the auxiliary production room, and no interface is allowed. When the conveying air temperature is higher than 80°C, the air duct shall take protective measures according to the design regulations. The measurement hole of the air duct should be set at a position that is convenient for measurement and observation; for the measurement hole on the air duct in the ceiling, a movable ceiling board or inspection door should be reserved at the corresponding position. When metal flanges and metal reinforcements are used for thermal insulation ducts, measures to prevent cold bridge condensation must be taken at the exposed parts.

9. The air duct system should be checked for air leakage
