VENTECH pre-insulated duct CNC cutting machine #4013C features the most advanced technology in insulation ductwork processing production. The whole machine includes highly intelligent software, a 5-axis cutter head for smooth and efficient cutting, and high-quality and reliable after-sales service. It can cut PIR, phenolic, fiberglass and other materials.
SOFTWARE VCUT
This is a highly intelligent software independently developed and operated by VENTECH. It has powerful mathematical calculation capabilities to meet PI ductwork production needs, such as multiple graphics options, accurate calculation of bending surface angles, multiple splicing methods, material-saving layout, and automatic setting of cutting routes.
l Library. There are more than 75 graphics types, and more are being added. All purchased machines can update the software and share the graphics library at any time.
l Typesetting skills. The panel utilization rate of automatic typesetting is as high as avg. 85%. All the cutting routs are well set and no manual adjustment is required. For round duct and blending face production, the most reasonable number of V-grooves and the required angle can be calculated.
l A variety of splicing modes are available. Such as male and female cutting, gap close and open, reverse cut, so that to save glue, assembling time, and accessories.

SMART CUTTING FUNCTION
There are totally 6 cutting heads of this model, including one 5-axis cutting head for all the fittings, and five heads group for the rectangle straight duct super-fast cutting.
l 5-axis cutting head. This is the most advanced technology for insulation duct cnc cutting machine. The B axis can cut any of V groove on the panel , range from 5° to 110° flexibly and accurately, so that simply and smoothly make blending surface and round ducts.
