How to fabricate and install PIR Pre-insulated duct system Part Seven

Using a pre-insulated duct CNC cutting machinewill definitely improve your duct making efficiency. A pre-insulated duct CNC cutting machine is a computerized cutting machine that cuts fast and accurately.


Flange Mount:

Large air duct connection with length L≥2000mm or short L≥1200mm, right-angle connection between opening on air duct and branch pipe, connection between air duct and valve, connection between air duct and elbow, connection between three air ducts and hoses, etc. , must have the corresponding flange connection.

The length of the flange is determined by the inner diameter of the air duct, and the error is ≤±1mm.

The inner surface of the flange and the end face of the air duct combined with it should be coated with glue, and the glue should be applied full, uniform and uninterrupted.

The four corners of the end face of the air duct at the flange connection should be padded with zinc and iron compensation corners, and the end face of the air duct should not be exposed, and the two surfaces should be coated with glue.

When installing the flange, the long side of the flange is placed inside the pipe, and the narrow side is placed outside the pipe.

When the flange is bonded to the air duct, the bonding surface should be close, the flange section should be flat, and the connection should be firm.


Duct connection:

The connection between the pipe and the pipe of the air duct can be in two ways: the socket connection and the flange connection; when using the socket connection, a special tool should be used to cut the yin and yang notches.

The flanges of the air ducts are connected by I-shaped bolts. The bolts should be inserted with a moderate degree of tightness. It is advisable to press them in by hand or tap them with a wooden hammer;

The four corners of the flange connection should be sealed with sealant to prevent air leakage and light leakage; the four corners should be sealed with rubber corners.

There should be no obvious gap at the connection between the two plane interface flanges.

The air duct connection should be smooth and firm.


Air duct hoisting:

When the long side of the air duct is less than or equal to 300mm, light steel keel should be used for installation, and the distance between the booms is less than or equal to 1500mm;

Installation boom specifications: when the long side of the air duct is less than or equal to 630mm, φ6 round steel should be used; when the long side of the air duct is greater than 630mm, φ8 round steel should be used.

Hanger installation spacing, when the air duct is installed horizontally: when the long side of the air duct is less than or equal to 630mm, the bracket spacing should be less than or equal to 3.5m; when the long side of the air duct is 630-1000mm, the bracket spacing should not exceed 2.5m; the long side of the air duct is When 1000mm1500mm, the bracket spacing should be ≤1.5m: when the long side of the air duct is ≥1500mm, the bracket spacing should not be greater than 1m; when the air duct is vertically hoisted: the bracket spacing should be ≤2.4m.

The position of the boom should be accurate, the shaft should be vertical, the horizontal dan should be flat, and anti-rust treatment should be done before installation.

Ducts cannot be installed to make contact with the ceiling.

Fire dampers, regulating valves, etc. shall be provided with hoists and brackets separately.

The air outlet section with high pressure (P≥1000Pa) should be provided with more than 2 reinforcement braces.

Installation of air duct components:


Air outlet installation:

The installation of tuyere should pay attention to beauty, firmness and correct position; install the tuyere in a row or the same type in the same room; the cable must be straightened and leveled; the tuyere should be arranged in a straight line.

The air outlet must be at the same elevation, horizontal and vertical, with a flat surface, flush with the wall, and equal or even spacing.

Pay attention to the integrity of the appearance of the tuyere, and it must not be damaged by collision. The connection of the tuyere must be firm, tight and reliable.

To open the air outlet on the air duct, be sure to use the air outlet as a model, draw a line on the air duct, and then move the knife to open the opening, and the incision is straight.


Duct inspection:

Plate:

Size: 1200×3000mm: or 1200×2000mm;

Plate thickness: 20±1mm; and uniform.

The surface is free of dents, breaks, cracks, moisture and bubbles.

Plates should have quality certification documents and performance test reports.


Auxiliary parts:

The coordination between the PVC flange and the plate, the PVC flange and the PVC latch should be moderately tight.

The combustion performance of PVC flanges and PVC plugs meet the requirements of GB8624 B1 level, and there are corresponding inspection reports.

The zinc cut compensation angle is 0.8mm thick, the width is 20±0.5mm, and the angle is 90 degrees; the thickness of the aluminum protection disc is 1mm, and the concentric disc of φ=150mm.

The sealant is produced from imported raw materials. It is neutral, mildew-proof and anti-aging. It cannot be replaced by ordinary glass glue.

The glue is a special glue, or an organic glue with strong initial viscosity, not easy to age, not easy to corrode materials, low odor, high strength and environmental protection.

The fixed support rod is a galvanized iron rod (aluminum alloy round rod) with a diameter of 6mm to 10mm or a material of the same material.

Other accessories must meet the performance requirements of the air duct.
