VENTECH grille blade cutting machine is suitable for blade cutting and production of linear grille and single/double deflection grille. It has two built-in molds, and each mold is responsible for 4 blade profiles, so it can cut 8 profiles at the same time. The cutting speed can reach 60 pieces per minute.

Due to the production process, the grille blades are usually cut after spraying. There is not much supply of such cutting machines on the market, and most machine types are prone to scratching the material coating. What is a Grille?

A grille is a vent that does NOT have a damper. The grille is the vent cover through which air is blown out or out of the room to be circulated back to the central heating or cooling unit. This is common if you have heating or central air conditioning. The grille is not used to control the dampers, so the air can flow freely.
