VENTECH 45 degree cutting machine is with high efficient to cut aluminum profiles. The cutting machine is equipped with fixtures and double blades, which can cut both ends 45 degrees per operation.

The machine is suitable for cutting aluminum profiles of various styles of air diffuser and grille, including outer frame of square diffuser, linear grille, double/single deflection grille, whether louver and so on.

The cutting length is not limited, and the cutting angle is accurate and fast, which greatly improves the efficiency of the tuyere production.

45 degree cutting machine use

1.The main shaft of 45 degree double angle saw is running at high speed, with one action cutting two(left and right) 45 degrees at the same time, the cutting angle is accurate, the cutting section of the workpiece is smooth without burr, and the secondary force is not required for high efficiency. It is three times the output of the general single head machine.

2. Suitable for 45 degree sawing include pushing open the door and window frame, aluminum photo frame, minor frame, display cabinet, air conditioner outlet, light box, screen, decorative strip, aluminum edge, cabinet, lamp, picture frame, etc., which are easy to operate and labor-saving.
