Ventilation System


The Ventilation System (fresh air system) is an independent air treatment system composed of a supply air system and an exhaust air system. It is divided into two types: a ducting fresh air system and a ductless fresh air system. The ducting fresh air system consists of fresh air blowers and pipe fittings. The fresh air purifies the outdoor air into the room and exhausts the indoor air through duct. The ductless fresh air system consists of fresh air blowers, which also purify outdoor air into the room. Relatively speaking, the ducted fresh air system is more suitable for industrial or large-area office areas due to the large amount of work, while the ductless fresh air system is more suitable for home use because of its easy installation. After many attempts,Chun Yi  invented and manufactured the world's first heat exchange equipment that can filter air pollution, also known as a fresh air system.


Principle of Ventilation

The fresh air system is based on the use of special equipment on one side of a closed room to send fresh air to the room, and then discharge from the other side to the outdoors by special equipment, forming a "fresh air flow field" indoors to meet the needs of indoor fresh air ventilation. The implementation plan is to use high wind pressure and large flow fans, relying on mechanical strength to supply air from one side to the room, and from the other side to use a specially designed exhaust fan to discharge to the outside, forcing a fresh air flow field to be formed in the system. While supplying air, the air entering the room is filtered, disinfected, sterilized, oxygenated, and preheated (in winter).

Open windows for ventilation

Air conditioner with fresh air: The wall-mounted air conditioner accepts air from the air conditioner itself and the external unit. A fresh air system is formed between the room and the outside unit of the air conditioner. For central air conditioners with fresh air, the fresh air is normally circulated indoors. Air purification

D. Air disinfectant: It can kill bacteria and microorganisms in the air, but it cannot renew oxygen and discharge carbon dioxide, and cannot cure indoor air pollution.
