3. The equipment should be operated by specially trained personnel from the factory. Without permission, non-professionals are not allowed to operate the fiber laser cutting machine.

4. Operators need to wear labor protection equipment to prevent burns, scalds, collisions and squeezing, and to avoid light source radiation.

5. Before starting the machine, please make sure that the water, electricity and gas are in normal condition. After use, remove the air pressure switch and turn off the main power supply.

6. Keep the control room clean, dust will greatly reduce the power. And effectively extend the service life of the equipment in a dust-free state, and keep the equipment clean and hygienic.

7. Ensure that the ambient temperature of the control room is between 5-30℃, and pay attention to prevent the chiller from freezing.

8. The lubrication condition of the equipment should be checked frequently. If there is any abnormality, it should be shut down immediately for maintenance. Then, the control system or laser failure should contact a professional.

9. The operator shall not leave the production site without authorization when starting the machine, and strictly prevent the cutting head from being damaged by the 'upper flap'.

10. The air duct should be purged frequently, especially when the temperature difference is large, and to prevent condensate from contaminating the lens.

11. Frequently check the sintering conditions of the grate, and immediately replace the severely sintered grate.

12. The yellow optical cable is strictly prohibited from stepping on or pulling strongly, and the bending radius should not be less than 500mm.

13. Long-term downtime should be maintained and sealed, and the machine should be tested when it is restarted.
