VENTECH Aluminium foil Phenolic air duct is manufactured from Phenolic Foam Pre-insulated Duct Panels and Accessories by a set of special tools. The Panels consist of panel thickness 20/25/30mm,with double-faced fiberglass(0.2mm) and 40um aluminum foil,which is UL Listed product. Alu foil phenolic pre-insulated duct panel is accomplished by following a standardised procedure. The process is the same regardless of the shape of the duct element: tracing, cutting, gluing, folding, taping, flangeing & reinforcement and sealing.
