5> Electrical installation

1. The spacing of the line pipe clamps should be less than 600mm, horizontal and vertical, and the length of the corrugated pipe should not be greater than 500mm;

2. The junction box inlet pipe of the fan coil unit must be piped from above;

3. The wire joints must be soldered (in-line joints are prohibited), and double-wrapped with insulating tape and waterproof tape;

4. Electrical insulation must meet the requirements;

5. The speed line of the fan coil unit must be connected correctly, and it cannot be mistaken with the zero line.

6> Insulation

1. When the water pipe is insulated, the joint between the insulation pipe shell and the wooden ring must be brushed with glue and wrapped with tape;

2. When the air duct is insulated, the thermal insulation glue should be brushed evenly, without air holes, and the surface should be smooth and free of dirt; the splicing of the plates must be above the air duct, and glue must be applied every splicing;

3. The thermal insulation material must not be peeled off, cracked, damaged, etc., and the thermal insulation tape must be well bonded without falling off;

4. When the water pipe is insulated, the place where the pipe shell cannot pass through is filled with foaming agent;

5. After the pressure test of the pipeline is completed, the pipe well and the water pipe through the wall should be protected first, so as not to affect the ash filling of the civil construction;

6. After the pipeline insulation is completed, wrap the film, try to wrap a single pipeline, and the appearance inspection should meet the requirements.

7> Regulations on cooperation with civil works

1. Slotting and drilling holes in the wall and the ground must be carried out after the approval of the inspection;

2. The elastic thread is made of powder thread, with stone red pigment, and no ink fountain is used;

3. Do not scribble on the wall, such as drafting and making some unnecessary marks;

4. If accidentally dirty and greasy, it should be removed with sandpaper in time; if other items are accidentally damaged, it should be repaired or compensated in time;

5. The holes in the wall should be square and the size should be appropriate. They must be moderately struck with a chisel, and it is strictly forbidden to use a hammer to strike directly;

6. Without approval, it is strictly forbidden to drill and notch shear walls and beams;

7. Pay attention to the protection of finished products of other units, do not stain the walls and floors, and do not damage waterproof, doors and windows, corners, window corners and other objects;

8. The construction site must be neat and orderly, the materials are stacked neatly, the construction waste must be cleaned up in time, and it is not allowed to litter, and it is forbidden to dump the garbage from upstairs to the bottom;

9. Strengthen cooperation and coordination with civil engineering during construction, and do a good job in site handover.

8> Relevant regulations

1. When using the electric hammer, the limit must be limited, and the limit size is 60MM to avoid breaking through the roof;

2. Construction safety: safety helmets must be worn when entering the construction site; safety measures must be taken for high-altitude operations; electric tools (cutting machines, bench drills, etc.) must be checked frequently and used by special personnel;

3. The on-site warehouse must keep people 24 hours a day, and it is forbidden to make a fire for cooking;

4. The use of materials should be comprehensively considered, the utilization rate should be improved, the materials should be prevented from being stolen or damaged, and the material loss should be controlled to a minimum (within the fixed loss);

5. The installation of the same type of apartment must be consistent (subject to the model house), including the installation position and method of the equipment, the direction and diameter of the water supply and return pipes, the direction and diameter of the condensate pipe, etc.;

6. The confirmed project progress node must be completed, otherwise it will be punished according to regulations;

7. Strengthen management, strictly follow the technical disclosure content and relevant specifications for construction, and follow up quality supervision and safety inspections to prevent quality accidents and safety accidents.
