Understand several drainage techniques of fiber laser cutting machine

In winter, the temperature in many areas is below freezing. If the fiber laser cutting machine is in a shutdown state, the customer should empty the water system.

1. Disconnect the power supply of the drainage equipment.

2. Water tank drainage method.

Open the drain valve (or drain plug) at the bottom of the water tank and drain the water. If necessary, tilt the chiller to a certain angle to make the drainage cleaner.

3. Drainage method of fiber laser generator.

First of all, all the water pipes are unplugged. Blow the pipe drain pipe with compressed air for 1 minute. The water stored in the pipe is forced back into the water tank and discharged from the water outlet of the water tank.

4. Unscrew the filter in the refrigerator, and drain the water in the filter.

5. Open the water tank cover to see if there is water in the water tank. If this is the case, you can tilt the chiller slightly to drain the water, or use a dry towel to drain the water.

6. Drainage method of machine tool.

Blow into the inlet and outlet with compressed air for 3 minutes.
