Troubleshooting and maintenance of the sliding shaft of the CNC cutting machine

The CNC cutting machine in the application branch of CNC automatic machine tools can meet the cutting requirements of a large number of domestic production enterprises. In terms of the working principle of the machine tool, the CNC cutting machine still adopts the main three-axis drive design on the market, and achieves the purpose of precision cutting and cutting through plane coordinate positioning.

In the maintenance work of the mechanical part of the CNC cutting machine, the main shaft and the sliding shaft are the main components of the transmission part, and their maintenance treatment is relatively large. Most of the loss and failure of the two shafts are caused by inadequate daily maintenance work. In addition, there are certain requirements for the use environment of the CNC cutting machine, and more metal dust or residues in the factory may also cause damage to the components. Here are some simple troubleshooting methods:

1. After the surface of the sliding bearing is worn, the repair plan should be the stone scraping method. Generally speaking, the sliding bearing has a margin for adjustment and repair, which can meet a repair cycle of the CNC cutting machine. If the grinding damage is very serious and the repair allowance cannot be met, replacement should be considered. After grinding and damaging the two half-watt sliding bearings, the gasket can be thinned. After reassembly, the inner hole of the bearing bush should be scraped accurately, and it should continue to be used after maintenance.

2. After the important journal is worn, the method of grinding the small journal and replacing the sliding bearing can be used. However, the journal grinding cannot be too large. For example, the grinding amount of the spindle of a machine tool should not exceed the thickness of the surface hardening of the journal, or the thickness of carburizing, nitriding, and cyanidation, and the surface hardness of the journal after grinding should not be lower than the lower limit of the original design hardness; for the drive shaft, During the assembly process, the journal should not be smaller than the size of the journal or boss at the front end of the assembly direction.

If repair welding is used to repair the journal of the CNC cutting machine, the influence of the welding repair heating process on the geometric accuracy, mechanical strength and surface hardness of the shaft should be considered. After the journal is repaired, it is generally necessary to reinstall the sliding bearing (or sleeve) according to the journal.
