For a laser metal cutting machine, positioning the focus of the sheet metal is very important.

1. Printing method: move the cutting head from top to bottom, and print the laser beam on the plastic plate, focusing on the small printing diameter.

2. Tilting plate method: Use the tilt angle of the plastic plate and the vertical axis to pull it horizontally to find the smallest laser beam as the focal point.

3. Blue spark method: Take out the nozzle, blow air, hit the pulse laser on the stainless steel plate, and move the cutting head from top to bottom until the largest blue spark becomes the focus.
