How to avoid electric shock when operating the CNC cutting machine?

The staff of the CNC cutting machine should try to avoid electric shock in the actual operation. For our personal safety, what can we do to prevent electric shock?

1. The equipment of the CNC cutting machine should be reliably grounded, and all electrical components such as the body, control box, and plasma power supply of the CNC cutting machine should be reliably grounded.

2. Keep your body and clothes dry;

3. When cutting materials, do not pick up workpieces and waste materials;

4. Do not operate anything with wet hands Switch the knob to prevent electric shock;

5. Make the size and type of the cable according to local electrical codes;

6. When using the device, please do not stand, sit or lie down On a damp surface;

7. Be sure to check whether the outer layer of the power cord is damaged (there is a risk of exposed wires). Do not use the device if the power cord is damaged. If the power cord is damaged, replace it immediately.

8. If there is no cover for the plasma power supply, please do not use the plasma system. The exposed power terminals are very dangerous.

9. Check the torch cable. If the power cord is damaged or frayed, replace it.

10. Provide wall-mounted air switch and corresponding insurance for the equipment. This switch allows the operator to quickly turn off the power in an emergency;

11. Please disconnect the power and wait at least 2 minutes before replacing any electrical components. Turn off the power after replacement;

12. Always check and control the cables of the CNC cutting machine. If it is damaged, it should be replaced or disposed of before using the equipment;

13. Do not bypass or short-circuit the power fuse;

14. Please disconnect before opening the plasma power cover for maintenance Main power supply, wait 5 minutes, let the capacitor discharge before proceeding.

15. Please do not use electricity to check wires or replace electrical components, otherwise you may get an electric shock or be injured.
