1. Laser cutting machine cutting torch control

The 'up' and 'down' keys of the laser cutting machine are used to adjust the height of the cutting torch. When the key is released, the cutting torch stops moving up and down. The functions of these two keys are exactly the same as the functions of the 'up' and 'down' keys on the control cabinet panel. The 'Auto' key is used to test the automatic height adjustment of the cutting nozzle from the steel plate when entering the automatic height adjustment control.

When a steel plate is placed at a suitable position under the cutting torch, press the 'auto' button, the cutting torch will automatically rise or fall, and stop at a certain height that is automatically adjusted. At this time, adjust the 'height adjustment' knob to change the height of the cutting torch. Adjust the cutting torch to a suitable height in this way. When the equipment enters automatic cutting, the control system will automatically adjust the height according to the distance between the cutting nozzle and the steel plate at this time.

When the height adjustment range of 'height adjustment' is not suitable, it needs to be adjusted by adjusting the 'lowest height adjustment' knob. At this time, first adjust the 'height adjustment' knob to the minimum, and then adjust the 'minimum height adjustment' knob. And make the distance between the sensing ring and the steel plate about 10mm.

In actual cutting, the automatic height control and semi-automatic height control can be selected through the height control mode selection switch on the panel. Semi-automatic height adjustment control means that the automatic height adjustment system does not automatically adjust the cutting torch height according to the steel plate when cutting Torch height.

For a system equipped with an automatic height adjustment device, the system first raises the cutting torch to a certain height before turning on the cutting oxygen after preheating, which is beneficial to increase the life of the cutting nozzle and reduce the cutting nozzle blockage.

When there are multiple cutting torches and height adjustment device, the torch selection button on the control cabinet panel is required to select the 'up' and 'down' operations and the automatic control of the cutting process. These keys are locked keys, press to be selected; press again to bounce up and be cancelled. When cutting, the tracking height of the sensor ring and the steel plate is generally selected to be about 10mm. When the sensor ring is installed, it should generally be about 5mm higher than the end of the cutting nozzle.

Two, laser cutting machine fire adjustment treatment

The energy of the preheating flame seriously affects the cutting speed and cutting quality. The preheating flame is too weak to get enough energy for the steel plate, and the cutting speed is forced to reduce, even causing the cutting process to be interrupted; if the preheating flame is too strong, the reaction heat generated by the metal combustion increases, and the preheating ability to the front of the cutting point Strengthening will severely melt and collapse the upper edge of the incision, especially for cutting thick plates. The relationship between the strength of the preheating flame and the cutting speed is mutually restricted. With the increase of the thickness of the workpiece and the acceleration of the cutting speed, the energy of the flame should also increase with the increase of the thickness of the plate.

A normal flame has three distinct areas, the flame core has a sharp outline close to a cylindrical shape, and the end of the flame core is uniformly round and shiny. The reduction zone is outside the flame core and has a darker brightness. The outer flame is located outside the reduction zone and is a complete combustion zone.

A reduced flame is produced when acetylene is excessive, the flame core has no obvious outline, and the end has a green edge. The reduction zone is unusually bright, almost mixed with the flame core; the outer flame is yellow.

Oxygen flame is produced when the oxygen is excessive. The flame core is conical, the length is obviously shortened, the outline is not clear, the color is dim, the reduction zone and outer flame are also significantly shortened, the flame is purple-blue, and there is a sound when burning. , The temperature of the oxidizing flame is higher than that of the normal flame. The cutting quality of the oxidizing flame deteriorated significantly.
