Since the heat dissipation area near the corner is small, the corner temperature will be high and the metal will melt. Therefore, the corners are not smooth.

Laser cannot penetrate metal

The cutting process is not continuous

When we cut many different parts on one board, please select the line by programming first, and then cut by default. It can prevent the laser cutting head from hitting the parts being cut and the damaged laser cutting head. If some positions are not closed, the laser cutting will not be continuous when we perform white processing on the program.

Similarly, changing the auxiliary gas during the cutting process may also cause this problem. We know that the auxiliary gas will blow away the vaporized metal. When you continue to cut the same parts after changing the gas, the position may not be much different from the finished position.
