Construction management strategies for heating, ventilation and air conditioning projects (2)
4. Noise processing
During the construction of indoor HVAC projects in buildings, due to the influence of equipment quality, installation methods and system running time, the entire system may produce serious noise due to strong vibrations, affecting the service life of HVAC equipment and disturbing users inside the building. In order to effectively remove the noise generated in HVAC projects, construction workers can use the following three methods to deal with it. First, construction materials are tested and replaced. The construction and installation materials of traditional HVAC systems are mostly metal pipes, metal sheets, steel, etc. These materials often produce great noise when they vibrate. Construction personnel can effectively adjust construction materials according to the actual conditions of the building's internal HVAC construction, changing traditional metal materials to polyethylene (PE), cross-linked polyethylene (PEX), polybutylene-1 (PB), Aluminum-plastic composite materials, etc., can effectively reduce the noise generated when HVAC engineering pipes vibrate and avoid impact on users inside the building. Secondly, the equipment and pipes inside the HVAC system can be wrapped with sound insulation materials, so as to avoid collision and friction with each other during the vibration process, resulting in the generation of noise. Common sound insulation materials include sound insulation glass wool, rubber-plastic panels, sound insulation felts, etc. Construction workers can place the sound insulation materials according to the needs of the internal equipment of the building, so that the vibration and noise phenomenon in the HVAC project can be effectively alleviated. Finally, in order to avoid noise interference, construction workers can further strengthen the reinforcement of HVAC equipment and pipelines, using bracket fixing, spring shock absorption, screw fixing, etc. to effectively reinforce equipment and pipelines and effectively alleviate HVAC problems. Vibration that occurs during the operation of the equipment, thereby preventing noise from disturbing the interior of the building.
5. Improve personnel quality
The installation and construction of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning projects are highly technical. There are many key technologies between them. Moreover, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning projects have very high quality requirements. The construction industry has put forward clear regulatory requirements for this. If the actual installation and construction results cannot meet the standards, it will cause a variety of negative impacts, which will be very detrimental to the lives of users and the development of enterprises. To this end, managers must strengthen personnel management, improve personnel literacy in a targeted manner, use high-quality construction teams, control the interference of personnel factors on project installation and construction to a minimum, and achieve the construction of high-quality heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning projects. This is also an effective means to improve the quality of heating, ventilation and air conditioning projects.
6. Room temperature control
The purpose of HVAC project construction is to strengthen the control of indoor temperature and ensure that residents can stabilize the indoor temperature at a more comfortable level by controlling the temperature of the equipment. Therefore, during the construction period, more attention must be paid to the above issues. During construction, attention should first be paid to ensuring that the planning is reasonable. In recent years, the number of high-rise buildings in construction projects has gradually increased. Compared with multi-story buildings, the layout of high-rise buildings is more complex. When laying out the HVAC system, it needs to be combined with the characteristics of the building to ensure that the planning is reasonable. properties to ensure good indoor temperature control. In addition, before construction, relevant project personnel also need to understand the local temperature change characteristics. After obtaining the parameters, they must combine the building's insulation effect and analyze the average indoor temperature during the coldest and hottest periods, so as to calculate the temperature according to the calculation results. Design and determine the installation plan of HVAC engineering. Considering that different residents have different needs for indoor temperature, it is necessary to ensure that residents can adjust the temperature manually during the construction process. Only in this way can the construction effect be improved.
